The facilities were excellent. The property is on the old Hume Hwy (Liverpool Road) in Burwood and it carries quite a bit of traffic at all hours of the day and night. The first room we were allocated on arrival faced on to Liverpool Road and noise from the passing traffic was very noticeable. We raised a concern about this but were initially told by the woman at Reception that there were no other rooms at that price level available. However, a few minutes later she advised us that she had found a suitable room towards the rear of the property. That turned out to be a very quiet room; we could not hear the traffic at all. As well, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also, we left a bag containing shoes in the room. When we realised this on the following night, we rang Comfort Inn and once more spoke to the same staff member. She was not able to leave her post at Reception at that time, but next morning rang back to say that she had found the bag and would arrange to have it posted to our home address. It arrived in the mail a few days later. The staff member who served us was extremely helpful to us and we are most grateful to her.

Our stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The standard room provided us with the necessary amenities while being away from home. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a functioning air conditioning unit. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, shampoo, and conditioner, and it was serviced daily, unlike some hotels. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site cafe, which offered great value for money, with perfectly cooked basic meals that were absolutely scrumptious!

I was staying here as my husband was in a nearby hospital. 24 hour reception was wonderful as I was coming and going at odd hours. Reception staff were amazingly helpful, whether it was finding change for the laundry machines or extending my booking when needed. Thank you to everyone. You made my stay at a stressful time much more comfortable.

It was right opposite the tattoo parlour where I was getting tattooed (which was the purpose of the trip) and there are plenty of food options along the road and a shop and fuel station if needed. There was also an underground car park which was really handy to have on the main road Staff were also really lovely and pleasant and so helpful

The lady at reception was wonderful very helpful and professional, the room was immaculate I couldn't get over how beautifully clean it was, and the bed was so comfortable I slept really well, I'd never stayed in a hotel before by myself it was a awesome experience staying here and I'll be back in December for the next powerlifting comp
